When we received it, it was one perfectly nice but tiny candle - the one in the bottom left.
When I called to complain, the person I spoke with appeared to think I was the dummy - although she mentioned that the fact you were getting only one candle was clear on their web site!!
The only saving grace was that they did give me a full refund including shipping without any argument.
