Review of Round Plant Stand-White Marble

This plant stand is very attractive, but isn't constructed perfectly. The base is short in height and weighs considerably less than the marble top, which may not have mattered if the legs aligned well when assembled. The legs when screwed together do not align, but are slightly crooked. When assembling it seemed this might be caused by the placement of the screws in the legs.Perhaps, the screw was placed into the leg crooked.

The posts under the base that are used to attach the legs to the base are plastic and are the same depth/height as the base itself. The gold decorative dividers between sections are plastic; probably, not a big deal for many.

This plant stand does not stand steady on carpet. I put a decorative ceramic tile under it to stabilize it on carpet. Unsupported with the ceramic tile, they rock over very very easily. And even on the tile, they still are not as steady as one would expect.I have two dogs and they have not knocked into them, yet. However, if ever they do knock into one of them, I do expect it to fall over.

Given the price and depending upon your circumstances, they may do.I purchased similar ones about 10 years ago and, like almost everything, the quality is dramatically different, although the price is similar.

They are going to workout for me, but their appearance in the picture speaks more quality than what exists.I purchased three and they all have the same issues.
